Ambassadors of Change (AoC) is a non-profit organization, established in 2018 by a youth collective in the Makhaza Township in Khayelitsha Cape Town, Western Cape to support community resilience and wellbeing.
Vision is a township where people have freedom of choice and opportunities for growth and upliftment, to better their lives.
Mission: We build community ambassadors to support positive social change in the townships,contributing to a free and fair South Africa
The organization is run by black youth, and has 100% black beneficiaries with a focus on economically vulnerable families, women and children and youth.

Ambassadors Development Program

The Ambassadors Development programme is at the heart of what AoC has to offer. It is built on the belief that if young people are properly supported they will grow, thrive, and become positive role models. We know that opportunities for upliftment create positive attitudes.

Crisis Response

With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies for dealing with this challenge. Sharing Group program

Sharing group program is design for residents seeking for job opportunities and accredited courses to advance their life path. We also have WhatsApp Group connect them.

Community Awareness Raising and Education

At present, there is very littleconnection to opportunity in the township, including issues with internetconnectivity. There is also a lack of visible forms of social upliftment,particularly to unemployed youth. AoC believes that people are motivated andempowered by positive development opportunities, engagements and resources.
